Involve in employee database maintenance including leave record and payroll system update
Respond to payroll and tax related inquiries and coordinate with other teams to ensure payroll services are delivered in a professional and timely manner
Prepare weekly / monthly report
Provide ad hoc HR administration support
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines would be preferred
3-5 years relevant experience in providing support on Human Resources management
Familiarity with Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, Personal (Data) Privacy Ordinance, and other related ordinance and regulations is essential
Proficiency in MS Office and Database Management is mandatory
Strong interpersonal and organization skills are a must
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
