Job Responsibilities:
  • To support and oversee the full spectrum of the Human Resources initiatives including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc.
  • Lead a small team for HR daily operations
  • Conduct various salary & benefit surveys to keep abreast of market practices and latest trend for management review
  • Conduct the performance review and work closely with various department heads
  • Formulate, review and implement HR procedures, policies to sustain the growth of the company
  • Define and execute talent acquisition strategy
  • Ensure HR policies are in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other local regulations
  • Other ad-hoc projects assigned by management


Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Over 5-8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 4 years at management capacity
  • Well-verses in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Positive, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
