Job Description; Mainly this position would be supporting the consultant. Besides office work, visiting clients, providing support on using our platform and regular visits are necessary to enhance the satisfaction of our clients. Working together with the consultant, contributing to both the clients and the team would be the meaning of existance for this position. Please refer to the requirement details below: ◇Draft sales documents ◇Hold seminars to introduce the service (Targeting CEOs, and HR PIC); ◇Design and provide support for the appraisal system, provision and import of our own cloud system; ◇After the client has imported our cloud system, visit the client once per month and follow by email and phone call; ◇Using our own cloud system, update information and numerical data management; ◇Translation（English⇔Japanese） ※Required to attend an in-house test to be qualified (After being qualified, you will be entitled the qualification allowance) Qualification requirements ・Good at communicating with the others; ・Speedy and be able to handle ad hoc problems; ・Have a hospitality mindset with basic PC skills; ・Basic PC skills; ・Working experience in Japanese companies or experience of studying in Japan, working experience in the HR field and consulting company is an advantage; ・Cantonese, Japanese, English, Mandarin (Business level)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
