Key deliverables:
  • Lead and execute analysis activity for multiple programs
  • Coordinate with team for programs running at various locations
  • Support the benefit administration team with tracking and analyzing the documentation progress as well as with reporting the status
  • Design solutions and manage implementation of solutions
  • Analyse and identify risks, report and suggest action plan for to mitigate or manage them
  • Manage budget, timeline, forecasting and external service providers
  • Oversee change management activities, including timeline planning, stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate in training and communication requirement

For this role you will have:
  • A degree holder with 5 years functional experience in HR space
  • Good know how of employee benefit program/ employee benefit schemes in Hong Kong
  • Functional experience in change/ transformation management and stakeholder management
  • Highly analytical, meticulous and well-organized professional with ability to independently investigate the matter in a clear and coherent manner
  • Any project experience will be an advantage
  • Effective communication skills with strong command on language (English)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work in a challenging and a fast-paced environment
