Our client, a biotechnology pioneer is hiringa HR Associate to support its daily operation in Hong Kong. The role is part of Business Partner Team and willbasein Regional Asia headquarters.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the payroll process across the regional Hong Kong and South East Asia offices
  • Operationally supports HR strategies
  • Delivers effective HR service which is customer service-focused and business-related
  • Implements HR policies and practices so that present and future requirements are met effectively
  • Coordinates and supports the payroll process across multiple markets in SEA on a monthly basis
  • Ensures accurate and compliant pay and benefits administration
  • Manages day-to-day relationship with external suppliers/vendors (eg. Outsourced payroll teams)
  • Supports the delivery of HR programs such as onboarding, new hire orientation and administration of employee benefits
  • Ensures HR programs are communicated and understood by employees
  • Implements HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitates communication between individuals and departments/business units


Qualifications
  • University Degree: HR/ Business or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years ofexperience in HR
  • Experience supporting payroll in APAC markets such as Singapore, Thailand, India, Malaysia or Philippines
  • Experience in multinational pharmaceutical company is a plus
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
  • Computer skills
