Genuine development opportunity Innovative culture 5 days work, Cyberport Office Our client, a Hong Kong's cultural authority is now looking for an Human Resources Officer to support their corporate administration department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to: You will be responsible for:
assist in the development and delivery of organisation development programmes including but not limited to organisation capability building, organisational and cultural changes for leadership alignment, organisation performance as well as other HR strategic projects;
coordinate with internal stakeholders for the implementation of OD strategies or programmes relating to succession planning, leadership development and performance management system, etc;
handle and process training and development requests and related administrative tasks;
support the development and implementation of staff engagement activities;
participate in HR projects as and when required; and
perform other duties as assigned by the Authority.
possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines;
possess at least 2 years of solid experience as human resources generalist preferably in a sizable organisation;
related exposure in organisation development projects would be an advantage;
be a good team player who is proactive with positive thinking and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with capability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels;
have proficiency in computer applications; and
be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
