To qualify, individuals must possess:
Ability to generate leads, assisting with team performance objectives and achieving high sales activity levels.
Implement sales strategies.
To promote and market our projects by developing productive relationships from key markets into the business through sales and marketing efforts as well as representing the company at various functions and events.
Strong selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
Developing long-term relationship with valued customers and achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
Providing professional services from pre-sales to after sales to global scale clients.
Conducting market research and analysis.
Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with business associates including advertising agencies and property agents in achieving successful sales launch.
Driving external agencies (PR/Event Agency for all events organized by the company, creative agency for quarterly magazine, website updates etc.) through personal networks.
A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant sales experience within international markets and in particular, Asia Pacific.
Extensive exposure to luxury residential market is preferred.
Must possess client and/or agent base.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
Sales oriented, consultative sales mentality and driven.
Base salary commensurate with experience and a high commission component.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
