Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing internal and external customer base on national level
  • Responsible for growing existing revenue creating new business opportunities while ensuring business profitability
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities seeking new value added services and products to be proposed to agency’s clients and prospects.
  • Responsible for monthly financial reporting and forecasting activities to management using Magnitude, Pilot and other reporting systems as required.
  • Maintain overall control of workflow and assigned subordinate responsibilities within their group. He or she will oversee the progress of all projects and provide support to ensure their timely completion. Additionally, this individual will ensure that projects are produced completely, correctly and with a maximum of manpower efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid experience in performance marketing strategies conception and delivery for major brands both in term of media planning/buying (Paid Search, Performance Display, Affiliate Marketing) and consulting services (SEO, CRO)
  • Commercial focus and entrepreneurial drive with proven experience in P&L management
  • Solid understanding of the financial and operational process of running a media department or a web agency
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the performance media/marketing services profession
  • Approximately 4/6 years of progressive levels of responsibility in performance media and marketing
  • Minimum of 7-8+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in marketing and communication
  • Strong command of performance marketing strategies and reporting resources
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills - at least 4 years of people-management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to build and strengthen client relationships
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of syndicated research tools
  • Familiarity with third-party ad serving companies
