Job Title: Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence

Job Description:

• Develop and implement customer journeys across the customer lifecycle, leveraging customer insights to improve retention and targeting strategies
• Oversee data quality and monitor data management align with industry’s standard
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced business dashboards, customer segmentation models (needs, behavior, and value) and proprietary forecasting models, using statistical analysis
• Anticipate future Business Intelligence, management information, and data management needs
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to strategize the campaigns across all digital channels
• Lead and guide the team to develop and to complex programs, queries per business specifications
• Transform the business requirements into programs and processes to deliver high-quality information deliverables, example, analysis, management information reporting, data extracts, campaign files


• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Information Technology
• 15+ experience with leading a team responsible for data analytics, database management, business intelligence in large customer bases (preferably in finance industry)
• Hands-on developing campaign planning processes, statistical analysis and machine learning
• Knowledge of data mining tools (SAS), Business Intelligence software packages and big data (R/ Python/ SQL)
• Strategic, Positive- thinking, tactical and problem solver
• Less experience will be considered for a lighter role
