Job Description
Outline of duties


Design
  • Working under the guidance of Directors to provide creative design solutions in response to a provided brief 
  • Creative team briefing, taking responsibility for collective understanding of client information provided and its translation into artwork. 
  • Leading internal critiques prior to presentation to customers. 
  • Presentation of strategic, creative concepts to clients 
  • Involvement in client workshops, deploying specific strategic, brand tools. 
  • Receiving and analyzing client feedback 
  •  Liaising with Client teams in relation to job deliverable and timings 
  • Compiling, editing and providing strategic design rationale presentations 
  • Ensuring administration, company protocol and standards are maintained 
  • Have a complete knowledge of the digital applications used to generate designs 
  • Ability to see jobs from initial concept through to finished artwork 
  • Art direction of photo shoots 
  •  Ability to build effective briefing documents to engage and direct outsourced illustrators, visualizers, 3D model makers when required. 
  •  Overseeing social media brand presentation in conjunction with Directors brand owners. 
  • Ensuring all advertising media is of company standard and within customer brief. 
Project :

  • To manage various projects and outsourcing of projects ensuring that all projects conform to customer requirements within agreed timelines, monetary budgets and with the relevant quality. 
  • To ensure that all projects are carried out by following a strict quality driven procedure ensuring "right first time " is achieved and maintained. 
  • Provide detailed timelines to Directors 
  • Manage factories through hands on approach to solving problems 
  • Produce product specifications for internal and customer use/approval 
  • Liaise with high level customer representatives to ensure customer satisfaction 100% every time. (this will involve travel both in China and globally) 
  •  Promote the company wherever possible to help achieve new business opportunities.
