Job Title: Global Talent Acquisition Lead
Report to: Global HR Director
Location: New Taipei City

Our client in this search is a Taiwanese leading provider of industrial network solutions for enabling the Industrial Internet of Things. The company has extensive worldwide distribution and service network that reaches customers in more than 70 countries.

Job Summary
Global Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leadership of Talent Acquisition team, set up recruitment and sourcing strategy and policy, employer branding and value proposition and high level selections with regional BUs in Taiwan, China, Asia, US and Europe.

Position Objectives and Responsibilities
  • Set up and implement global recruitment and selection policy and process to fulfill the recruitment needs which aligns with business strategy
  • Develop and implement employer branding and sourcing strategies
  • Review and re-design the Talent Acquisition related policies and process
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team and develop the team members
  • In charge of campus recruit project and intern programs
  • Recruitment channel management
  • In charge of staffing function and needs


Competencies Requirement
  • Bachelor or master degree, majored in HR or business administration equivalent is preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • 12+ years HR professional experience, with at least 5 years in talent acquisition area
  • 3 years of HR supervisory experiences
  • Experience in recruitment consultancy is a plus
  • Hands on experiences of hiring variety of positions, including senior positions and different job functions
  • Strong results orientation and follow through accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication from different cultures and levels
  • Experiences of campus hires, panel interview and case study will be a plus
  • Detail oriented, Logic thinking, analysis and judgment, Self-motivated, Passionate, Positive Thinking
