Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services
Manage order processing cycle with other departments
Helping customers in the online buying journey
Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues
Excellent customer services experience using phone, instant messaging and email
Must be proficient in written and verbal English with an additional language of English /French/ Polish /German /Dutch /Italian or Spanish
Photographic, Mobile Phone and / or Tablet PC Knowledge or experience is a benefit
Must have strong attention to details and customer focus
MUST willing to work on afternoon shift, i.e. 14:00-23:00 (8 hours / day including European time zone) for Full-time position
Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working
Immediately available preferred
Fresh graduates will also be considered
Knowledge of any other language(s) will be added advantage

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
