Our client is a multinational insurance company with an excellent opportunity for a high caliber, experienced Finance Manager. The role will heavily focus on FP&A. This is a 6 months contract that may be converted into a permanent role. The job will start immediately.
Prepare the management and performance reports
Perform the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
Perform P&L analysis of APAC business performance
Develop the finance models for business decision making
Responsible for business planning, financial evaluation, cost benefit analysis, corp. initiatives
Formulate changes to the financial reports according to change in business model/products and accounting standard
Review and manage the business project spending in APAC
Responsible for Project management in launching new products and services, implementing and tracking sales promotion
Ad-hoc project work
Diploma / Degree holder in accounting / finance or equivalent
Minimum 5 years solid experiences
Accounting or FP&A experience in insurance companies
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to communicate clearly at all levels (both orally and in writing)
Highly numerate and analytical - able to interpret and understand results
Good command of English

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
