Job duties:
  • Carry out calculation and verification using excel, following our standard operating instructions, and update the corresponding excel database.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Processes data by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and exceptions.
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:
  • Can speak Cantonese and able to input Chinese;
  • Able to read / write English to respond in email
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer literate (MS Excel in particular)
  • Strong numeracy skills
