Exciting new role for you Fulfil customer support requirement, including, ○ Support of customer evaluation and qualification of SoundChip solutions; ○ Prepare and present application notes, technical support documents, reference schematics and other technical collateral relevant to customers applications; ○ Review of customer-generated application schematics, firmware and PCB layouts; ○ Onsite troubleshooting of customer-developed electronic and firmware; and ○ Support of sales and business development resources when presenting the features, capabilities and performance of SoundChip’s solutions. ─ Prepare and maintaining all forms of relevant technical documentation; ─ Developing reference hardware to showcase SoundChip solutions for the purpose of customer evaluation and qualification; ─ Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate knowledge; ─ Commit to the Company’s values, ethics, safety, security and quality protocols; and ─ Contribute to total quality management/continuous process improvement initiatives
Hardware engineering with strengths in analog, mixed-signal and digital for audio applications; ─ Design experience with embedded systems, including MCUs and DSPs; ─ Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer. (Some experience with PADS recommended). ─ Experience in firmware development in embedded C/C++; ─ Some knowledge of signal processing, both analog and digital recommended; ─ Technical authoring skills; and ─ Educational or "Ambassadorial" aptitudes

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
