Job Description :
・Reporting to the Manager, plan and implement sales and marketing programmes in line with business objectives.
・ Provide day to day marketing programmes and promotional campaigns to raise brand awareness across traditional and digital media platform and social media, and to generate store traffic.
・ Responsible for development & co-ordination of marketing material, CRM program, etc.
・ Develop and liaise with production houses/agencies on visual merchandising and marketing collaterals e.g. press release, brochures, seasonal lightbox, in-store décor, content and images for digital platform and social media, to enhance brand image.
・ Supervise the frontline team to optimize sales, to ensure smooth store operations and to increase customer engagement.
・ Monitor marketing and promotional campaigns. Prepare retail business and operational analysis, reports and recommendations for management review.
・Degree holder in Marketing / Communications / Business or relevant disciplines
・ Minimum 1-2 years of solid marketing experience in marketing / retail marketing / event / cosmetics field
・ Less experience will be considered Sales & Marketing Assistant
・ N2 level of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test will be an advantage
・ Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
・ Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
・ Independent, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure
・ Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving with positive working attitude
・ Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
