The Company Our client is a Fundhouse based in Hong Kong, located in Central. The firm's main investment focus is in real estates, private equity funds and direct investment. This is a role which supports the office on Executive Assistant duties (whole office is around 10-20 people) and administration; mainly on travel arrangements, calendar, meetings. English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking.
Managing the director's calendar, meetings, calls
Making travel arrangements for the operations team
Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, minutes, as well as meeting and presentation materials.
Support the full spectrum of general office administration functions
Provide travel arrangement for the team
Arrange the meetings for the team
Assist in ad-hoc assignments
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
A minimum of 5 years' of related work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
Mature, responsible, good time management, detail-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility
Fluency in both English and Cantonese is a must

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
