Executive Accounts & Admin (Part Time) 

Job Description:

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial & Admin operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, depositing cheque in Bank.
  • Coordinate with Hotels for invoicing.
  • Submission on monthly basis MPF.
  • Experience in Auditing, banking and other financial needs as necessary.
  • Should know work in Tally ERP accounting software.
  • Advance Excel knowledge, Vlookup, Sumif, If etc.
  • Filing & maintain all the statutory records.
  • Supporting in yearly audit.
  • Travelling needed to Banks and other offices.
  • Timing : 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
