Job Description
This role will lead the improvement for Technology function’s overall communication capability by customized and blending solutions which include but not limited to define competency model, develop relevant culture, provide customized coach and classroom education and etc.

Responsibility
• Identify communication challenge and priority from organization perspective through stakeholder engagement and various analysis approach
• Design English communication competency model base on business nature
• Cultivate and enhance English speaking culture by influencing different stakeholders to adopt customized practice approach
• Assess stakeholders’ communication capability in regular basis and design customized solution to address the needs
• As a communication expert, provide coach and education service with relevant content to different teams or individual
• Support communication tasks in departmentwide and companywide activities

Qualification
• Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills in English context / multi-culture environment
• Expert in English learning and development content and solution design and delivery
• Strong business acumen, able to understand business nature quickly
• Strong engagement skills for stakeholders from ground level to senior executive level
• Self-driven and proactive style
• Optimistic personality and willing to work under pressure
