Our client is a sizable company selling Health/Wedding related products/services to Hong Kong/China, seeking for an eCommerce Executive joining their growing team. Candidates with more experience will offer a Senior Title.
Manage the product sourcing, supplier relationship of the eCommerce business.
Help to achieve company sales target.
Business development for China & local markets extension via Websites and other online channels.
Perform business development and growth on CRM program.
Provide sales administrative support including market analysis, product update, and management report
Prepare sales report and forecast analysis
Handle specific merchants account for product launch and promotion support
Good understanding of online shopping business and latest trends
3 years' experience in consumer product or health product category in China market
eCommerce Experience in China e-marketplace, social media and affiliate partnership
Experience in online advertising esp. in SEM and SEO is an advantage
CRM experience with basic knowledge of Web Analytic, experience in analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytic) is preferred

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
