Handle customer enquiries and recommendations regarding issues encountered in using various e-channels
Conduct testing on the functionalities of various trading channels
Update the information in the e-channels from time to time
Prepare relevant reports on system utilization, problem logs, etc.
Support internal users who encounter problem regarding system operations
Perform IT Project support and handle ad-hoc projects
High diploma or above, study in IT, business, finance or related discipline;
1-2 years working experience in banking, IT or securities sector;
Sound knowledge in trading systems’ functionalities and IT literate;
Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and good team player
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
