According to various operating statements, analysis of information reflected in the operation of the situation, adjust the operational process and ensure the normal operation of the transit operations carry out effectively
Responsible for day-to-day management of the work of transit depot including the standard transit operation process to ensure the normal operation of express mail and handle abnormality and unexpected events
Responsible for transit batch, route, land transport trunk line planning and optimization
Responsible for operation of quality management and continue to improve the quality of operations.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Degree holder in business or logistics related disciplines
At least 13 years work experience in logistics/express delivery/courier industry with 5 years at managerial level; experience in transit depot is preferred
Familiar with distribution network, facilities and operation procedure of transit depot is preferred • Strong analyzing, communications, team management skill, supervisory and presentation skills.
Good computer skill in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English and fluent in Putonghua is essential

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
