Our client is a Global Organisation for Professionals, with footprints across over a hundred countries. They are seeking a dynamic professional as their Director of Insights, one of the leaders for the China region. The Director of Insights will work closely with the organisation’s Director of China, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth and competent operations for all Professionals across the China region, as well as effective budgeting and business planning.
Analyse performance metrics and extracting insights to coordinate with regional team for effective budgeting and business planning, in order to provide innovative and continuous business growth and development for the organisation in the China region
Provide analysis and insights on market performance to professionals, and addressing areas of risks and concerns
As a core member of the China region, coordinate and manage internal communications with teams and functional heads. Providing periodic management reports and ensuring strategies and implementations align with the region and HQ of the organization
Maximise organisation’s assets, lead projects and achieving the strategies
Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related subjects
10 years of experience in strategic business development with a multinational organization
Solid experience in performance analytics and market insights for developing sales and marketing strategies and plans
Has relevant experience in the professional, financial or educational sectors gained within the China Region
Possesses managerial experience, organisational skills, influential characteristics and ability to develop potential in others
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with teams and partners at all levels

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
