Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead major programs ensuring end-to-end delivery of all projects including bringing in new and unique concepts into a business utilizing the latest state-of-the-art technology 
  • Develop and contribute to the digital marketing strategy utilizing marketing automation tools (eg. Adobe Marketing Cloud) including conducting thorough A/B testing to provide highly personalised customer experience 
  • Strategize and work on enhancing the customer experience and personalisation by identifying and working with new marketing automation tools (eg. Adobe Marketing Cloud) and guide data tagging 
  • Lead a team and work with internal Project Managers, Digital Business Analysts, and senior stakeholders 
  • Conduct risk analysis on projects in order to identify potential risks/issues while ensuring the existence of plan B 
  • Design, manage and facilitate the ongoing utilization of project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure quality completion of Digital Marketing projects 
  • Ensure that the appropriate reporting related to scope and schedule has been completed in collaboration with those involved (internally and externally) 
  • Conduct vendor management in order to ensure that compliance is achieved 
  • Actively participate in inter-departmental collaboration 
  • Timely completion of reports for country and regional digital marketing efforts 
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s digital strategy in all the marketing efforts 
Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in IT/Marketing 
  • 10 years of Digital experience (past projects including Big Data are a plus) and 7 years of project/program management utilizing various development and project management methodologies (lean, agile, waterfall etc) 
  • Experience in utilizing Adobe Marketing Cloud for marketing automation in creating personalised experiences 
  • Experience working with MS Project, Excel, Visio or other project management tools 
  • Proven record of working on digital marketing projects revolving around solution implementation for improvement of customer service 
  • Must possess working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Online Marketing, split testing (A/B Testing) etc along with Online acquisition, analyzing campaign analytics, and automation solutions 
  • Meticulous, confident with great business acumen and leadership qualities
