The Die casting application specialist responsibilities as below:
To focus on application differentiation in die casting segment development
To be application expertise to deliver the package solution with differentiation against competition in die casting segment
To provide technical support for die casting segment development
To be responsible for successful case replication internally in die casting segment
To be responsible for commercial strategy of die casting segment to be in line with 5 years sales plan incl. sales volume and sales value
To be main contact of global die casting community and offer internal training for die casting application
Requirements: 1.Die casting industry knowledge and experience
2. Experience work for foreign leading company in China 3.Knowledge of die casting tool design and/or die casting processing technology is a plus 4.Working experience of marketing and/or business development is a plus

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
