Customer Services Representative
Duties:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaint cases via outbound or inbound call
  • Provide quality and professional phone services to customers
  • Discover customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions


Requirements:
  • HK CEE/DSE or above
  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Fluency in Cantonese, and good English/Putonghua
