Handles customer feedback from all channels, co-ordinate with respective parties for improvement and ensure timely response/complaint handling to customers
Supports Airline Account Managers and manages Customer Feedback System on data input, report preparation and analysis
Supports the operation of airline lounges and related logistics of outside catering orders, etc
Supports marketing services activities, such as survey, customer tours, corporate events, PR activities, etc
Manages all corporate information on company website and social media, handles collateral/PR material including but not limited to press materials, newsletters, etc
Fosters and maintains relationships with a diverse range of external customers and internal departments
Provides back-up, clerical, administration and other ad-hoc supports as assigned to the Department
Degree holder in Office/Business Administration or related disciplines
2 years working experience and preferably in customer services field. Candidate with food knowledge or science background would be an advantage
Patient, polite and with customer service mindset
Attentive to details, willing to take additional assignments and able to work independently
Good problem solving, analytical and administration skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is required
Excellence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in Access & Oracle will be an asset.Knowledge in Photoshop and Dreamweaver is a plus

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
