Our Client, one of the leading commercial banking group in Hong Kong is now looking for Customer Service Representative who are eager to develop in banking industry.

Responsibilities:
• Handleinbound callsand provide information on services to enhance customer relationships
負責接聽客戶查詢並提供有關銀行資訊以增強客戶關係
• Identify and respond to customer needs accordingly
處理及跟進投訴以確保銀行服務質素
• Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for improvement
收集並向主管提供產品,服務和計劃改進的客戶反饋
• Comply with company's policies and available procedures/guidelines
遵守公司的政策和可用程序,確保銀行和客戶資產的安全性和指導原則

Requirements:
• Minimum1year’s customer service experience preferably in banking/insurance/telecom industry
1年的客戶服務經驗, 銀行/保險/電信行業
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
掌握英語,廣東話和普通話的書面和口語
• WithHKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 is an advantage
擁有HKSI /IIQE的專業資格優先
• Customer service oriented and good complaint handling skills
以客戶服務為導向,良好的投訴處理技巧

Remuneration:
• 15 Annual Leave / 15天年假

Salary / 薪金 : $16,000 - $20,000
