Customer Service Officer
Job Description :

Job Duties:
  • Handle Customer Inquiries Mainly by Email (sometimes by phone)
  • Handle Test Quotation, Orders, Billing Inquiries, Services Requests, General Inquiries
  • Collect Information from Customers
  • Organize Customer Information by Classifying Customer, Update Database (e.g. CRM System)
  • Other ad hoc duties


Qualifications:
  • Higher Diploma or above any disciplines
  • Experience in testing industry
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
