  • Work with internal / external customers on daily billing activities and specific billing requirement
  • Work with BPO re billing issues
  • Handle billing disputes
  • Support collection team on monitoring activities
  • Review existing processes and work on improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare operational statistics and reports for management
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or other related discipline with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Self-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel – Vlookup, Pivot & Macro, PowerPoint)
  • Immediately availability is preferred
