Our client is a Luxury Business Centre and co working space company. They are currently looking for a Assistant Operation Manager to join their team.

Job Description
  • Manage floor operation and team training.
  • Handle incoming enquiries, arrange visit and provide business solution with advice for enquires.
  • Maintain good relations with clients and assist clients to achieve higher revenue by promoting company valued product
  • Analyze client’s monthly costing and evaluate business growth
  • Manage client’s account and payment.
  • Handle on leasing agreement, renewal, lease end move in procedure.


Qualification
  • Degree of above in Hospitality, operation management and tourism
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service, coworking space or corporate client facing preferred
  • Good business acumen with strong passion in customer service
  • Good Command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
