Job Description :

A new role exists with an international project management consultancy for their client's CRE portfolio across the APAC region.

Key skills required:
Minimum of 5 years in workplace corporate office fit out
A basic understanding of workplace data and metrics
Construction/ Project Management qualification
MUST speak Cantonese

Role & Responsibilities:
Liaise with Client and all Workplace Stakeholders on strategy
Manage the fit out programme from start to finish
Tendering / Cost control / Review and understanding of Test Fit drawings and plans
Meetings with contractors / Defects and project close out
Aware of all H&S, M&E and statutory CF & Eng requirements
Other general PM skills that are required to manage a fit out project.
