Job Summary:

Our client is an IPO Sponsor firm & currently seeking a high caliber candidate for the following position:

Job Summary:


• Perform different corporate finance transactions including IPO and corporate finance advisory works etc.

• Assess potential deals and conduct sponsor's due diligence in IPOs

• Carry out drafting of listing documents and other relevant documents

• Carry out research and administrative works in support of daily operations of corporate finance

• Assist in preparing proposal and presentation materials etc.


• Bachelor degree or above, with good academic background highly preferred

• Current license holder of SFC Type 6 Representative

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in corporate finance

• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under time pressure and willing to work long hours

• Willing to travel

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent Mandarin
