• Report to the Corporate Development Director

• Support the Director and BU Heads in developing growth initiatives, including sourcing and working on M & A deals

• Support the Director to work closely with BU leadership to set KPI’s for the Strategic Plan

• This person may have an opportunity to move into an actual business, with prospects for promotion to management role if this career move is desirable.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, ideally as a consultant or on strategy and M & A activities if coming from a corporate background

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
