Assist in / Handle due diligence work and the preparation of marketing materials, research materials and transactional documents and other documentation incidental to the execution of transactions Assist in / Handle liaising and dealing with clients, professional parties, regulators and other business and support unit Assist in the provision of advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial, regulatory and business aspects of them Assist in / Handle the execution of transactions Provide other marketing, research, transactional and administrative support generally Provide corporate finance, M&A, advisory services, and such transactions support services as financial due diligence, valuation and analysis of funding approaches.
University Degree or above plus professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM or CPA 3-10 years related experience in Corporate Advisory / Corporate Finance or M&A Familiar with corporate finance, quantitative finance, financial market conditions and understand financial market-related laws and regulations Team-player, energetic and able to work under tight deadlines and in dynamic environment Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
