Core Business Unit Regional Financial Controller A NASDAQ listed global conglomerate that is prominent and internationally recognized is looking to expand their Asia pacific office with a Financial Controller to watch over their core business unit.
Work closely with different stakeholder, executives and managers from different levels and business units to provide support, value added financial insights, planning and analysis in making key business decisions.
Ensure that all business units financial and treasury systems comply with not only legal practices the business strategies set and group interest.
Responsibility in ensuring financial information is provided in a concise and timely manner, that also considers all related trends in the market.
Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, qualified HKICPA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent.
A minimum of 8 years' experience of commercial business experience in control and analysis gained via the FMCG industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, excel and PowerPoint presentation.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
