Job Description
Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

•Manage the entire operational functions ( including middle to back office)

•Work closely with various departments and companies within the Group to ensure smooth operations and facilitate the efficiency of business activities to achieve targets whilst maintaining a sound control environment.

•Formulate and update policies, procedures and manuals in relation to operations to ensure meeting all latest regulatory, legal requirements and industry guidelines and practices.

•Oversee the liaison with all regulatory authorities and organizations on all matters relating to the Company

•Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Group Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer informed of all critical issues

•Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law or related disciplines.

•Holder of relevant Professional Qualifications, like CPA, PCLL or CFA etc, will be an advantage

•Minimum 15 years related working experience, preferably gained from listed company

•Extensive knowledge in FATCA, SFO, Exchange Rules, accounting standards, legal and compliance requirements

•In-depth understanding of operational controls, workflows and regulatory requirements.

•Strategic thinking, broad business perspectives and strong management skills

•Assertive with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

•Fluent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
