Our Client is a boutique asset management firm in Central and now looking for a Contract receptionist / admin officer (Mid-May 2019 to Mid-Sept 2019)

Job Description:
  • Responsible for reception duties, greeting & handling incoming calls
  • Handle Pantry and office supplies refill &meeting rooms management
  • Assist with office catering when necessary, including breakfast /lunch ordering
  • Assist with travel/hotel bookings and logistics arrangement
  • Assist with expense report preparation
  • Assist with team members calendar update
  • Ad-hoc work upon requests
  • 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

  • Degree holder
  • Pleasant and reliable personality
  • Good verbal communication and written skills
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage
  • Organized, attentive to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Admin experience in financial field preferred
