Responsibilities
  • Handle application received and collect relevant documents
  • Follow up with outstanding and incomplete applications
  • Handle incoming enquiries
  • Update related guideline and manual of products and applications
  • Provide training regards applications and products to internal staff

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree inBusiness Administration,Finance or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably from life insurance industry
  • LOMA qualification/ FLMI preferred
  • Customer oriented and strong attention to details
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Able to work under stress
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
