Job Description
Job Duties

Create and edit content to a professional standard. Types of content include communications, business proposal, marketing materials and travel guides, etc.
Help to coordinate and manage global network of writers/content providers
Ensure all content related project is produced and delivered in a timely, on-budget and high-quality manner
Project planning and monitor project progress to ensure milestones and objectives are met;
Work in close collaboration with global hospitality, marketing, and advertising teams to provide support for all content related tasks
Manage company internal CMS platform


Bachelor degree in English Language, Journalism, Communications or related discipline
1-2 years relevant experience, exposure in marketing / digital media/travel content preferred
Native English Speaker, and excellent English writing skills with a creative mindset
Knowledge of Chinese or other languages is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with CMS is essential
An independent and proactive work attitude, detail-oriented, solid organization skills and an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
