Consulting Managers will lead a small team
Consultants / Researchers will pair up with a Consulting Manager, who will guide you through your learning and development processes
Manage existing accounts, tailoring and delivering top quality services to clients
Meeting with existing and potential clients to build strong relationships
Develop new clients and closely understanding their needs, in process to propose company’s services and capabilities to them
Manage and develop candidate base ethically
Surce candidates and conduct interviews independently
Take care of all activities throughout the whole recruitment cycle
Degree or above in any discipline
3-5 years of post-graduate working experience, preferably in a Recruitment or Sales environment
Confident in communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial and persistently driving to achieve
You will be working in a multicultural environment, fluency in English is preferred

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
