Job Description :

Our client is a well established banking group. She is now inviting calibre candidates to join her Company SecretarialDept.

Duties:
  • Assist to Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties, corporate governance and compliance functions
  • Organize board meetings, board committee meetings
  • Prepare agenda, minutes, annual and interim reports
  • Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
  • Liaise with both internal & external stake-holders/regulators
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments


Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Corporate Admin, Company Secretarial or Corporate Governance
  • Member of HKICS / ICSA
  • At least 10 years relevant legal or company secretarial experience, preferably gained in banks or financial institutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese ( Putonghua)
  • Well organized, detail-minded and able to work independently upon own initiative
