Job Description:


•Support Commercial Team on the management of the websites

•Coordinate commercial activities with IT department.

•Receive, analyze and solve or escalate technical issues discovered by Asia team in local or production environments.

•Collect, organize, preanalyze and transmit to IT Team the requirements and needs reported by Asia team.

•Collaborate with IT Support central team on resolution of technical issues in Asia timetable

•Support central team on the implantation of new features and services
Upper level University degree

Experience and Qualification 
- Associated Degree on Computer Science 2 years experience on application support or advanced users support Experience on Ecommerce platforms/applications E-Commerce background.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Experience on JEE developmet Skills and Attitude Fluent in English Able to work well with a team and/or autonomously Excellent communication skills Knowlegde of Spanish
