JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Business Strategy
Formulate and propose business strategies and mitigation plans through comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the business external environment, competitive situation, to ensure optimum profitability within specific product portfolio.

2. Marketing
Analyze and recommend marketing strategies and mitigation plans through analysis of marketing and production actual performance vs. plan based and its trending on specific product portfolio, and to ensure sustainable business performance in delivering business requirement.

3. Channel Strategy Management
Analyze advantages and disadvantages of current channels and propose process improvements based on historical data and performance by establishing evaluation matrix for channel efficiency and their deliverables in ensuring current channels fit into marketing and sales strategy.

4. Performance Monitoring
Monitor, analyze business performance for short-term and medium-term by analyzing business external environment, competitive situation, key economic drivers of values and proposing mitigation plans to ensure maximum and sustainable profit to the business.

5. Business Development
Drive and implement short term business opportunity/networks with strategic partners, contract/deal making and project implementation plan by reviewing the market feasibility study, formulating marketing plans, analyzing short term market supply/demand and competitors scenario and through a robust implementation plan for sustenance of business growth.

6. Networking and Relationship Building
Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport internally within HQ and externally with the government authorities, business and management institutions, key industry players and service providers in order to keep abreast with latest development in the relevant markets for seamless interfacing in developing and implementing new business ventures and enhance public confidence in company products and services.

7. Operations
To support HQ and work with counterparts on operational documentation preparation and verification.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

Qualification & Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree in Bachelor or above of chemistry / chemical engineering / technical / science field or a business / marketing / finance-related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience with relevant product and industry knowledge (Petrochemicals/chemicals)


Fluent in spoken & written English with CET score above 570 points

Strong in analytic thinking and problem-solving skill
Good presentation skill
Adaptability
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
