Commercial Digital Marketing Manager - eCommerce

Job Description
To be the digital marketing champion within the team to lead digital strategy and experience to drive brand awareness & equity, customer acquisition and retention. 

The right candidate is passionate about digital solutions, data and marketing automation tools to reach the right target audience and enhance the customer journey. 
 

Responsibilities: 
Lead and manage commercial webpage

• Reviewing UX/UI to aid leads collection and sales conversations

• Manage and update web content

Lead digital content and media strategy to drive sign-ups across all sales channels

• Identify market opportunities with Product and Sales teams to develop digital content and media strategy to reach target audience

• Manage and optimise digital spent with digital media agency (SEO, SEM, social, programmatic, etc)

• Providing consumer behavior and insights with analytic tools and data

Manage our social touchpoints

• Working with creative team(s) to map out our content strategy and calendar

Drive the customer onboarding and retention strategy

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to project manage the implementation of marketing automation tools to enable an efficient onboarding and retention strategy

• Map out the customer onboarding and retention journey

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Marketing or related discipline

• Min 2 years of digital marketing and customer acquisition experience (agency or client side)

• Results driven, well-versed in paid marketing metrics, brand metrics and marketing funnel metrics

• Experience managing usability testing and website experimentation are a must

• Proven track record in managing B2C digital campaigns from ideation to delivery

• Successful track record in working cross functionally & building effective working relationships

• Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects at once

• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources based on short and long-term need

• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
