Job Title: Chief Sales Officer, HQ of Oversea Division
Department: HQ of Oversea Division
Reporting line: CEO, HQ of Oversea Division
Headcount: 1
Working Location: Beijing

Job Responsibility:
  1. Establish, propagate, implement and optimize the oversea market sales strategy; support the full process management of order fulfillment in all countries;
  2. Set up and optimize the sales contract management system in HQ, develop the template of master contract, set up the pricing system, regular review on releasing and updating the product price;
  3. Implement CRM and SAP system, maintain and optimize the system and provide the training to users;
  4. Establish the key account management system in the division, identify and analyze behavior and specific need of key accounts, establish relative account management and service system;
  5. Responsible for the collection and analysis of all sales data and information, coordinate with HQ for all kind of due diligence, maintain the project financial assessment model of the division;
  6. Manage the conflict of customer relation and performance among all countries in the division, as well as the cooperation / conflict with other divisions;
  7. Responsible for the business planning, operation, performance management, team management, task implementation and progress tracking, internal and external coordination and overall management.


Job Requirement:
  1. 8+ years of experience on sales management for oversea market in large company, rich network and government resource;
  2. Good capability on data analysis and business planning;
  3. Great leadership capability and problem-solving capability for critical issues;
  4. Strong communication, teamwork, coordination and implementation capability;
  5. First degree must be bachelor degree of full-time undergraduate;
  6. Fluent both in Chinese and English, can use the local language of target country as a working language is preferred.
