Business Development Director (Media Sales/ Advertising Agencies)
Responsibilities: -Oversee the airport business including the sales/marketing, project development, operations and support functions of the Airport team -Devise annual business plans and strategies for achieving these plans, provide ongoing business forecasts and business analysis and reviews -Explore and deploy new technologies for application to the business based on market trends and needs
Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other equivalent disciplines;
Over 10 years’ solid experience background in media sales / advertising agencies, marketing and business development with at least 3 years at management level;
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and is capable of building business relationship with major clients, business partners and principals
Proven leadership ability, experience training, motivating, managing and building sales and development teams;
Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, multi-tasked and keen business acumen
Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets;
Proficient in written and spoken English

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
