Perform day-to-day management of all phases of the project including requirements gathering, facilitate on UI/UX design
Coordinate and perform UAT for new features and also verification for production issues / fixes
Preparation for change management
Prepare usage reports to management for data analysis
Keep up with current trends in web and mobile market
Content update and coordination with interfacing parties
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
Experience on Mobile Application development is an advantage
Able to cope with fast changing business requirements;
Mature with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Excellent presentation and organizational skills;
Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, proactive and energetic team player;
Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Good command of Chinese.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
