Maintain and update the profiles of users, e.g. Acting Up, Doubling Up or Transfer
Provide support and training to users
Generate management reports
Provide technical support in operating the system
Write simple program script to support ad hoc report/data generation
Update operation/user manuals
Assist in system maintenance
Assist in the performance monitoring and fine tuning of the system
Assist in system design, testing and perform user acceptance test when necessary
Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Applied Computing/Computing Studies; and
Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE, or equivalent
At least 3years working experience in IT Application Development and Management
Solid experience in Oracle Database and SQL
Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English
HK permanent resident is required

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
