Creating policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data
Critically evaluating and screening data, plus profiling to identify any issues
Collect BO reporting and dashboard requirements for different business units
Extending knowledge of Business Intelligence to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations
Desired profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT 3+ years of experience in business intelligence area Familiar with one or more visualization tools especially Tableau and IBM Cognos, proven experience in gathering reporting and analytics requirements from stakeholders including non-technical business users Hands-on experience in SQL Cantonese speaker is a must

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
